What a great shot depicted all the changing colours as we move from one season to the other. The transition in this image is amazing

Yves Langlois

Thank you Clifford. Sory to anwer late. I will not be activ on the site for the winter.

Spectacular colours and composition Yves. The lighting was perfect to showcase the area. I love that the water was still giving the glory to the trees. Great shot.

Yves Langlois

Thank you very much Debra. Yes, interesting that the water is quite invisible on that one.

You've captured the grace and beauty of autumn trees beautifully here, Yves. It reminds me of how the contrasting shapes and colours of trees always complement one another and what an artist mother nature is when I see an image like this.

Yves Langlois

So much appreciated that what is beautyful for me is for you too. Hope you look at it with the zoom option - colours are much vibrant. What amazed me is that trees are hilighted from the back (colours are more in transparency). I was lucky that the sun didn't touch the river itself. And the glowing spot with its reflection just compliment the scene.

Description
Fall colours showing how beautyful can be the diversity of tree essence hilighted by the morning sun. Taken at the Drummond dam on the Magog river.
