Welcome back Bernie, I am glad that you weathered the storm. This image is a beautiful analogy of your story and quote.

Thank you Debra - I found this sprout not far from the immediate predecessor post. This area is a short walk away from our new spot, and contains many 'eye' delights. Thank you again.

What a trip you had Bernie. Glad you'r back. Hope everyting will go fine from now on because... because you'r the only guy I know that make a so beautyful and expressive image from a subject so simple. Like very much your baby tree in plain light.

Description
Yes,, I have been away. Yes, I have been busy. A move; a change of address. A medical situation requiring immediate, unplanned action, but diminishing every day now. A juried review of my portfolio and acceptance into a photographic gallery co-op. A computer death. But today this , . . so calming, the scene called and asked to be recorded.. . . it reminds me of a line from Leonard's Cohen "The Sisters of Mercy" — 'If your life is a leaf that the seasons tear off and condemn they will bind you with love that is graceful and green as a stem.' Captured Bedford NS, Sept 22 2010. Normalcy is not far away!!
