Nice to see the environment around the Bittern and how well he is camouflaged by it. The mound of grass pulls your eye to the Bittern and his lunch. Super shot Yves that does tell a story.

An excellent capture, Yves! It shows clearly the challenge the Bittern had to deal with in trying to down this fish. The beautiful soft colors and crisp detail of the surrounding lily pads and grasses complement the colours of this handsome bird very very nicely here.
