Very beautyful shot Harold. The guy has a very oustanding look. The comming fall sligtly turn the leafs to yellow wich complete the shot very well. Not sure it's a dark-eye junco though.

It is a Dark-eyed Junco, Yves but I understand why you're not sure as there are four different Dark-eyed juncos. This is an adult Oregon junco, the smallest of the four. There are also the pink-sided, the white-winged and the grey-headed junco.

Nice to see a Junco up in a tree. Most of the Juncos migrating through Manitoba are cleaning up the seed under the feeders. Nice pose really shows off the small patch of rusty rose which looks great with the background colours. Good capture Harold.
