The angle on this shot brings out the best in the spider web. They really are works of art but the angle you photograph it at makes a huge difference and you've captured that so well here, Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thanks Heather. Glad you talk about the angle of shooting. Difficult, rather impossible to find a good angle for a dry web. The rising fog of an early morning help a lot. Still, the angle of the sunlight play some role. I remember having tried many different angle to finaly choose that one.

Mother nature’s doily, very pretty capture Yves. Probably home to a very large spider.

Yves Langlois

Thanks for the nice comments Debra. I was much earlyer than usual that morning and a big fog was rising. The webs where beautyful all around.

Harold Fleming

Very strong web, Yves! I like the centre area.

Yves Langlois

Thanks Harold. I took many web shots on that morning, all different. I find that one quite beautyful.
