I can sense the curiosity in his expression here.. and what a delightful pose he gave you. I like the story this photo tells because it's not often a truly wild squirrel will stick around long enough to get a shot like this one.. super capture Yves.

Thank you for nice comments Heather. Everything was right for that shot. Imagine if there where no sunlight on his face. Not the same shot at all. Some will say a lucky shot. I can't since I don't believe any more in luck. There is a purpose to most of of what happend to me. I see it more as a gift than a luck, and appreciate the gift.

I really like how he is peeking at you Yves. He looks to be a young squirrel. Very cute shot also makes you smile. Nice timing on the shot.

Thank you very much Debra. It was a nice encounter.

Thank you Harold.

He is a cute one, Yves! You caught the light on his face perfectly.

Description
Usualy, when I come too close to a squirrel, he runs, jump on the next tree and climb fast for security. That one didn't. He rather hide behind the next tree. Few seconds later the head poped up from the side, so cute, to check the cam guy.
