Nice focusing Yves that would have been tough. I agree with Harold that the image tells a story nice amount of landscape surrounding the bird.

Yves Langlois

Thank you Debra. To tough for me to try following the little guy in atomatic focus. Instead I lock the focus on the boxe and shoot when II figure that the bird is at the same distance. Many bad shots but once in a while there is a good one. It is the best that I can do so far.

Jeff

good timing you got it good

Yves Langlois

Thank you Jeff. Quite proud of that one.

An excellent flying photo of a Tree Swallow, Yves! The smallness of the bird traveling to the birdhouse, inside the large background, is not just a wildlife photo but tells a story.

Yves Langlois

Thanks. I could crop to enlarge the bird but I finaly decided to keep it that way because the large background help shows the moving bird. Have you noticed the illusion created by the angle of shooting. The left wing appears abnormaly elongated. But I realy like it that way too.

Harold Fleming

I did notice the elongated wing. It certainly holds the eye.
