Very nice photo. I believe this might be a young rufous crowned sparrow, Yves but I'm not sure. They are not very common in Canada.

Description
I would say it's the fox sparrow, but not sure. Happy signer of the warm season. Found that one ridding the river bank. Sometime drinking, sometime picking bugs, sometime signing its joyful songs all over the place.
