Clifford Dupuis

this one creates an awesome relaxing mood, well done

Bernie Ewing

Thank you Clifford - it is relaxing. Been tense all day until I looked at this scene again.

Debra Plett

Great image Bernie. I really like the how the rippling in the water has dispersed the reflection. The silhouette gives the image such a relaxing feeling. Natures way of helping us through this unsettling time. Nicely captured Bernie.

Bernie Ewing

Thank you Debra. I find the image soothing and calming myself - and it brings back a lot of memories of living in Dieppe. Maybe have to get it enlarged and hung on a wall.

Harold Fleming

I like this a lot, Bernie! The light behind the ducks lights them nicely and it has a great mood to it. It feels like the isolation that the photographer needs to take such a photo would be comforting and take notice, when you post your photos your no longer isolated.

Bernie Ewing

Thank you Harold for your comforting words.

Yves Langlois

Like very much the composition of that one Bernie. Well done and nice description.

Bernie Ewing

Thank you Yves.

Description
These three mallard drakes maintained a steady pace, and perfect spacing as they paddled their way across a pond. With the sun behind them, they turned into silhouettes - almost another 'minimalist' effort. But that's all I seem to think about these days - minimalism. Dunno, maybe it's the weather, or the 14th month of caution and relative isolation.
