Description
The one of a kind Mandarin duck found at Burnaby Lake. I went out looking for this guy after a disappointing shoot last summer when he lost his beautiful plumage. I found him too far off shore to get a decent shot. I went for a walk shooting a Steller's Jay, Red Winged Blackbirds and others. When I came back to the dock, there he was showing off for his female wood duck friend.
