Thanks Jeff, some deer give me the foot stamp and then run into the bush. Some I think are just around more people and not as afraid.

Awesome capture Debra! I love the story behind this shot and it's obvious that she felt safe enough to satisfy her curiosity in following you back to your car. I think that's the highest compliment any wild animal can give a person. A great shot with a beautiful story. Hope she stays safe too..

Thank you very much for the kind feedback Heather. I was surprised that she had followed me and didn’t want to encourage her to come closer. I scooted her back towards the bush where she is safer.

Description
I had wandered just inside the bush line to try and get a picture of this very pretty Doe in the fresh snow that had fallen over night. I wasn't able to get a good shot through all the bush. I found myself talking to her as I waited for her to move into a clearing. She wasn't in a hurry to go anywhere and I had a dog in the car waiting to go for her walk. I decided to turn around and leave. As I got back to the car I noticed she had followed me out of the bush and was coming pretty close to me. She is one friendly Doe, hopefully she stays within the park boundaries.
