The frosty grass provides a nice contrast to the beauty of this Buck. You've given us an interesting view into his hectic life at this time of year. Great timing on this beautiful shot Debra!

Thank Heather, we are having a lot of frosty mornings lately which if the sun is out makes the grasses look very special. The frantic buck just put a smile on my face.

Nice colours tones of the field Debra. I expanded the shot, as usual, and found the field has pretty nice colours and luminous as well. It bad that the buck is not in a mood to appreciated the beauty of the nature all around.

This was the same day and direction as the Doe. Lots of frost on the ground and the sun just made the field grass sparkle. This Buck was not sitting still and was literally frantic to track down the Doe. Thanks for looking.

Description
Wow this Buck lifted his nose off the ground long enough for me to get a picture. He was frantically running through the field trying to pick up the scent of the Doe that was obviously eluding him.
