Good capture Debra. You really show me how bad is the flight of the young. Not gracefull at all and learning how important is the tail control. Thank you for sharing those nice pictures. I like that dark blue-grey sky.

It’s a lot of fun to watch the juvenile Osprey in their awkward stage. He actually did quite well given the wind he was trying to fight. The sky was very threatening, one of those skies that could hold a dangerous storm. Thank you Yves.

Description
Stormy sky to the west with really strong west winds this morning. This juvenile Osprey made a couple of attempts at landing and finally made it back into the safety of the nest. Mom was in the area watching from a distance two of the young Osprey. The other must have been with the male Osprey learning how to catch fish.
