Beautiful tones and detail here. You're so good at capturing wildlife in their element, it's what makes your images so interesting and enjoyable to view!! I've been away for awhile so am trying to catch up on comments and upload a photo or two again :)

Thank you Heather... to remind me kindly why I do and present those shots. Moments of life are not always punchy and gorgeous but I always see a certain beauty in all of them. It's why I present them.

Very nice colours and composition Yves. Maybe she is looking for a lost duckling.

Gratefull thanks for your nice comment. The shot doesn't seemed to please much (number of views) but regardless of the fact that is was in the shadow of big trees I do like the shot for the overall composition (yellow flower and the back of the duck is slighted lighted. I also like the attitude of the duck. One feet up gives a good sens of motion (walking) in the searchin look. A result like that reminds me that people don't see as much beauty as I do all around. I assume.

Description
The female mallard duck came right at me from the river (top of the image). She finaly noticed that I had no bread to feed her. Disappointed, she walked away to the left, searching something like she had lost her car keys
