Description
On a trip to Jasper this past winter my first stop was at a mountain stream where I had seen American Dippers in the past. As soon as I go to the stream I saw 2 or 3 of them, flitting around in the cold rushing water. I liked the textures created by the rocks and soft mounds of snow.It highlights the conditions these birds live in.
