Clean up after massive flooding along the Humber River March 17/19

Description
The many bends along the Humber River which runs through downtown Bolton, Ontario makes it prone to flooding when there is a quick thaw which happened this spring. Crews worked most of the night and into the day to remove the massive ice jam which causes heavy flooding to the houses along the river.
