Wild Northern Pygmy Owl perches on the pillar of an old rusted Ford truck that was deserted many years ago up in the mountains of the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The Northern Pygmy Owl is about the size of a pop can but can take prey down twice it's size. This is one of my most favourite and most unique Owl photo I have ever taken. Once in a life time experience.

So True:) They are awesome little critters! I have been fortunate to see them a handful of times out in the Chilcotin Territory. Thank you for sharing - great shot :)
