Snapshot of the beautiful interior of the Parliamentary Library in Ottawa. It was built in 1876, and the structure was saved from fire in 1916. The marble statue in the centre is of Queen Victoria, who moved Canada's capital to Ottawa in 1857. The photo is okay, but the detail and grandeur is best appreciated on site.

Far out :) I remember being there once myself. Ottawa is a grand place: I lived there for a year. Next to Victoria, BC - it is one of my favourite cities. Thanks for the memories :)
