Description
Tangle Falls is a beautiful and dramatic multi-tiered cascading waterfall. The waterfall is located along the icefields parkway about 5kms north of the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park. It is noted for it's many separate watery braids which look silky smooth when doing long exposure photography. The waterfall drops about 114 feet with 4 consecutive tiers of about 13 to 18 feet which offers a wide range of photographic creativity and composition.
